We don’t believe in overloading our products with features just because they sound good on a spec sheet. Every detail should serve a real purpose in the field. With the RosCo Zip Waders, we focused on better fit, easier layering, unrestricted movement, and added protection in the areas that take the most abuse.

The upper is cut more like a pair of bibs than traditional chest waders. A contoured fit keeps the waders close to your body, while the streamlined suspension system reduces excess material across your shoulders for better mobility and all-day comfort. Side-zip adjusters allow the upper to expand when you need more room—whether you’re layering up on a cold morning or simply prefer a little extra space.

Most duck hunting happens in shin- to knee-deep water, and that is where waders take the most punishment. Climbing in and out of boats, stepping over cypress knees, breaking ice, and pushing through flooded timber can quickly wear down ordinary waders. That’s why we added puncture-resistant knee and shin guards to reinforce the entire high-impact zone and help prevent tears where they happen most.

A full-length waterproof front zipper makes getting in and out easier, while the integrated belt, adjustable suspenders, and articulated cut provide a secure, natural fit without restricting movement.
