Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, clean, and have tags attached.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Use our Returns Portal. Enter your order number and email, select the items you're returning, and follow the prompts. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label to send your items back.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free. If your gear doesn't fit or you want a different item, we've got you covered - no fees, no hassle.
Refunds
Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once we receive and inspect your return, the remaining balance will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at service@roscooutdoors.com and we'll make it right.
