BORN IN THE BLIND
RosCo began with a feeling every hunter knows: the silence before first light, when the marsh goes still and the sky starts to move.We weren’t built in a boardroom. We were built in flooded timber, icy blinds, and long miles in waders — in the gear that either worked, or didn’t. We couldn’t find what we were looking for: gear that felt honest, clean, and purposeful. So we made it.

NAMED FOR FAMILY. BUILT FOR LEGACY.
Our name comes from our grandfather — passed down to the retriever we still call the best hunting dog that ever lived — and now carried into the gear we build today. Hunting has always been more than the birds. It’s mornings with family, coffee before first light, and stories told in the blind. With two boys of our own, we’re building gear that keeps that tradition alive.
ROSCO BLUEPRINTS
Every stitch has a reason.
From the first sketch to the final stitch, we design with purpose. The RosCo Blueprints are more than drawings, they’re proof that nothing is added without intent, and nothing is left in without earning its place. Each pocket, seam, and fabric choice is tested in the field, refined until it holds up season after season.
To do it right, we developed our own original camo. Floodline™, drawn from bark, shadow, and shifting timber light. Reedlight™, pulled from cattails, mud, and late-season marsh. Each pattern was tested season after season until it disappeared in its environment. Because camo shouldn’t look good on a shelf. It should vanish where you hunt.
