Built Tough. Lined for Performance.
The Outfitter Half-Zip is our toughest jacket yet built from our most durable material and backed by rugged construction made to handle hard use in the field. Its water-resistant outer fabric helps shed moisture and cut through changing conditions, giving you dependable protection without the bulk of a traditional heavy jacket.
The entire interior is lined with our GX2™ material, adding warmth, breathability, and moisture management from top to bottom. The thermal grid helps retain body heat while allowing excess heat and moisture to escape, keeping you comfortable whether you’re covering ground, working around camp, or settling in for a long sit.
The Outfitter Half-Zip is designed to work hand in hand with our GX2™ Base Layer System. Worn together, the GX2™ base layer manages moisture and balances heat next to your skin, while the jacket’s full GX2™ lining builds another layer of breathable insulation around your body. The result is a complete system that keeps you warm when you’re still, helps prevent overheating when you’re moving, and reduces the bulk between layers.
New adjustable cuffs provide a more secure, personalized fit at the wrists, helping seal out cold air, brush, and light moisture while allowing the sleeves to fit comfortably over gloves.
From demanding workdays to unforgiving hunts, the Outfitter Half-Zip delivers the durability, weather resistance, and adaptable warmth you need when conditions get tough.

ROSCO BLUEPRINTS
We wanted a layer that felt like the old jackets, the ones that lived on the truck seat and never wore out. The Half-Zip keeps that heritage cut but adds thermal waffle lining, reinforced panels, and a deep front zip for layering. Built to handle boat rides, blinds, and barns without a single extra frill.

F.A.Q.
FABRIC CARE
How do I wash wool pieces?
Spot clean when you can. For bigger washes, use cold water, gentle cycle, and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
How do I wash technical shells?
Cold wash on gentle cycle with a tech wash (no fabric softener). Hang dry. This keeps waterproofing intact.
Can I machine wash flannels, hoodies, and fleece?
Yes. Cold wash, tumble dry low, no bleach.
Do dryers or irons damage gear?
Yes. Heat breaks down waterproof coatings and wax. Air dry everything to extend life.
How often should I reapply waterproofing?
When water stops beading on the fabric. For waxed canvas, apply a fresh coat of wax. For shells, use a spray-on or wash-in waterproofing treatment after cleaning.

Why We Do It
Fit matters in the field. We would rather you order two and end up with the right size than settle for gear that does not feel right. Every piece is built to last a season and beyond, but only if it fits the way it should.
